Lynn Larsen – Alaskan Artist
Lynn Larsen is an Alaskan Landscape Artist. Since 1988, she has traveled every year to the Brooks Range. She is attracted and inspired by the untouched space, wildness, and bare rock mountains of the arctic wilderness. Being in the Arctic and seeing a world that was just allowed to be, somehow transports her to a “special place”. And the feeling of “that special other place” is what she hopes to capture in paint on canvas. Lynn, her partner Ron Yarnell, and their lab dog live in Fairbanks or at their remote cabin at Wild Lake when they aren’t backpacking, rafting, canoeing, or hiking in Alaska’s wild mountains and rivers.
